instructions,
1. download the file
2. download fiddler 2(www.fiddler2.com)
3. open battle pirates then open fiddler in auto responder make sure enable automatic responses is clicked and unmatched reguests passthrough
4. clear your browsing data then log out of facebook and back in
5. open pirates then back to fiddler look for a red f on left hand side it will say game/v91
6. drag that across then hit the drop down menu at bottom of fiddler and hit find a file
7. put the file you downloaded in and hit save
8. cleare your cache then refresh the game
9. you should be able to repair fleets instantly if done right

hmmm funny this looks a awful like my file that i release but as long as your not selling it or taking create for it i don't mind you posting it if you edited some of it just let people know its my file and you added to it give details of things you changed like took out more loggers or added overwieght fleets or what ever just give credits
